    EXTRACTING PRINTS

    It's important to inspect the tube for damage when received. If there is damage, please contact me at contact@andrewdavollimages.com to discuss.
    Great effort is made to ensure the prints are packed free of damage at the time of dispatch.

    In an effort to prevent damage in transit and when extracting prints from tubes, all prints are placed in bubble wrapped tubing.

    Removing the image(s):
    On a large clean dry flat surface, (1) CAREFULLY remove bubble wrap cap ends from the tube then (2) slide bubble wrapped prints from the tube. (3) Gently bring the bubble wrap out of both ends of the prints, then (4) holding the rolled prints, carefully remove the two packing tapes from the bubble wrap. (5) Releasing the prints will allow them to expand without damage.

    Extracting Bubble Wrapped Prints

    Extracting Prints From Tubes ( Not bubble wrapped )

    Prints can be damaged when removing them from tubes. To avoid this damage the prints must be wound in so that the diameter of the print is smaller than the diameter of the tube. If the print becomes tight damage will occur. Note: We do not accept responsibility for damage caused in this manner.
